The bottom line is: Low serotonin levels lead to carbohydrate
cravings, and high carbohydrate intake leads to weight gain.
Plus, what most people don't know is that when their serotonin
levels are deficient, they’ll also struggle with lack of focus, poor

ignored this information, and likely tried to cover up the research
to serve their own interests and keep it from ever getting out.
